Claudia was fantastic to work with she set up the appointment quickly, explained how the process would go, and followed up after the work was complete to make sure I was satisfied. When Alexis came out for the inspection,He took his time going over the roof, showing me photos of problem spots and explaining what needed attention now , A few days later, Jorge showed up with his crew, and they got right to work. Even with the fog rolling in and out, they stayed focused, moving steadily across the roof and checking every detail twice. Natalie in the office was so kind she helped us set everything up quickly and even checked in after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. Jorge and the crew was fantastic. He explained what they were doing in a way that didn’t go over our heads, and he made sure his team cleaned up so well that we didn’t have to worry about nails or debris in the yard. The roof looks great now, and the peace of mind means we can focus on enjoying the summer with our kids instead of worrying about leaks.
