I'm a trainer and class instructor at Charter. I love working at this location, I seriously have the best clients and students! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a gym that has everything you need but doesn't have that big box gym feel.
Terrible customer service!! Liars and scammers. Go to Planet Fitness instead. You won't regret it.
