I give it 5 stars overall because it is a great place to work out and the reasonably priced. As a 27-year veteran of teaching PE and health, I specifically want to give a shout out to the Boxing portion of the club. I have witness their staff using great teaching, custom tailored to each learner. Additionally, the teaching is meaningful and engaging. I do not know their staff, but I know great teaching.
This gym makes you come in to cancel a membership or send a letter wich isn't bad until you move 5 hours away the part that makes to sense is you can’t do it over the phone because they can’t verify it’s you but a letter can?
Cheap, kind of clean, not too busy generally, lots of free weights
