Technician asked for my email address so the main office can send me an estimate. Fine. After not receiving an estimate by Tuesday, July 16, I called the main office who informed me that I will be receiving an email by close of business. Today is close of business Thursday, July 18. Called into the emergency hot line for a toilet repair. The service representative was rude and curt and was not helpful in suggestions for options that were available. Not a good experience when dealing with emergency plumbing issues.

Last month, CFS replaced all of the 28-year old polybutylene plumbing in our house with PEX. All members of the team were polite and helpful. For a house with 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and two spigots, the replacement only took two days. To get to the pipes, several dozen holes in our walls and ceiling had to be cut and the crew was very conscious of minimizing drywall dust and used a lot of plastic coverings to protect our property.
