Heat pump stopped working on Thursday July 11. They charge you upfront for the service call. Then they tell you that they charge you 3% more if you pay by credit card. Okay, so I paid by check. Technician asked for my email address so the main office can send me an estimate. Fine. After not receiving an estimate by Tuesday, July 16, I called the main office who informed me that I will be receiving an email by close of business. Today is close of business Thursday, July 18. Still no email. But one thing they did well is cash ... read more

Called into the emergency hot line for a toilet repair. The service representative was rude and curt and was not helpful in suggestions for options that were available. Not a good experience when dealing with emergency plumbing issues.
