Shipped out some cars thru the years with Cfr had some issues but got them solved , last shipment of a F1 went perfect , now see what we will buy next year so you guys van ship them to the Netherlands again �
Just had a vehicle sent to Okinawa, Japan. Nigel was excellent in providing information and I always knew where we stood in the process everyday. He also when out of his way to provide me with a customs broker in Japan so I did not have to go through that hassle. Overall a painless experience. If you are voicing your concerns or question about the process the replies are detailed and I never lacked for information. Thank you Nigel it was a real pleasure and CFR crew good job.
This company reaallly need some improvement. Scratched my vehicle and stole money from the inside. I strongly urge no one what so ever use this company unless youre looking to have money stolen and your vehicle ruined. The claims department puts me ass end as a last concern. I was strongly mis informed on the specific transportation of my car. Along with the inexperienced driver (Brian) who dropped my car off and failed to remark(which was his job) the damages i had clearly pointed out to him almost instantly when he dropped... read more

i've never bought a car from outside of europe before and was really nervous about buying a car unseen and how to ship it from the USA to the UK , Nigel stepped in from CFR and so far the whole experience has been very smooth and worry free , regular updates and photo's of the car , i cannot recommend or thank him enough
