Steve and all the staff are very helpful the service is A1 and I highly recommend them shipped my dodge from LA to Fremantle and arrived perfect
This is the worst company ever. I moved from Los Angeles to Guatemala with them on March 13 and this is the time (July 6) when I still don’t have my things. They made a lot of mistakes, the listings they sent were wrong, overvalued, and they don’t do anything to fix their mistakes and send the documents needed. My car came without plates, and it can’t be released from customs. Nobody seems responsible for anything. Who is the head of this awful company? Can somebody tell me? Had a great experience shipping a non-running classic car from the United Kingdom to Minnesota USA. CFR Rinkens provided door-to-door service and took care of all logistics, paperwork and customs filings. Super-easy. And since they stack up to four cars into a shipping container, they cost less than other carriers (I compared five).
I have friends from Europe that visit late spring every year the past 10+ years. Almost every year we find a car in SoCal, get it running and into shape, drive it for a week or two then end up at CFR in Paramount to drop it off as I return them to LAX for their flight home and the car’s trip to Europe. Great company to deal with, shipped containers full that we packed, and onsey-twosies that were drivers. I really wish I could give less than a star. My experience with this company and its people has been less than acceptable. They drained my liquids without telling me. Told me the car ran and it did not run when I received it. Failed to give me my paperwork. Failed to communicate properly. Became extremely verbally aggressive in person. FORGED my signature on liability paperwork! RUN. Do yourself a favor. You do not want to be one of the few that gets screwed over.
