Rinkens is amazing. I can only speak about one individual employee specifically: He's worked with me tirelessly and patiently, moving things from US to New Zealand, and back again. Amazing customer service, and so polite and efficient. As to the shipping service, my car arrived entirely undamaged. They wait to fill the container to a specific location, so your car sets at the port in LA for a little time. Great reason to book ahead way in advance.
