This company needs a lesson in customer service. Pick up was excellent. After that they never initiated a call. I had to call about 10 times. The car arrived in LA on a Wednesday, but wasn't delivered until late Sunday, outside the agreed upon window of delivery. On Thursday I was assured delivery on Friday. On Friday was assured delivery early Saturday. The actual driver told me he informed dispatch he wasn't delivering until early Sunday. 8 pm is not early! This caused a need for renting. I was a little iffy at 1st but everything worked out in the end. We got our car we shipped from Germany as a non running car today. Thank you for all the help you guys were the Cheapest company we could find to ship a non running car.

We got a perfect service via phone and email from the HQ in california. The same perfect service by our visit in the warehouse in Miami and also via email. 5 stars plus!!! We do it again...sure!
