I took my brother to the Perkins location 8-19-25. Kathy and Barbara was so kind and answered all my questions that I was embarrassed to ask. Kathy also recommended a hand splint for my brother. Thanks for explaining and helping us understand. I will be recommending.
I can not recommend this company. Worst experience ever with this and their Memphis Location. To come out and do exactly what my doctor DID NOT WANT OR ORDER and to act like the conversation I had with the tech never happened. I returned the INCORRECT ORTHOTICS and never received my refund. So now it's in dispute with Amex.
