We were led to believe they had the product on site ready for delivery, but when the order was placed, we learned that CFA had to order the product. For this reason our delivery wasn't going to make it on time. So we decided to cancel. Upon receiving the check, we noticed that CFA deducted over a $1,000 in cancellation fees. We don't recommend them for any of your commercial/residential projects.
