Mountian Vista Apartments ***********, ** It took over 3 months to fix the leaky roof.But most concerning is the lack of security on the property. My own vehicle has been broken into five times in two years while parked right in front of my building. The parking lots are very dark at night, there are no cameras, or gates. I signed a lease renewal at ********************** back in July. *** just bought the property from Range Water around that time. The new lease was supposed to start September 9th. I inquired about buying out the lease if push comes to shove being I travel for work and may need to emergency relocate. They never processed my lease and Ive been getting charged Month to Month. My lease was cancelled by management and I was promised a refund of $1,731, but the refund check bounced and I havent heard back after repeated attempts.If this happened to you too (or you have info), please DM me. I have been waiting on my refund check from RPM Living for about 2 months now. The wait time is always over 20 mins (on the low end) on the phone and they say management doesn't take calls over the phone. We have lived at The ****** at *********** since Nov 2020, always paying rent on time. Beginning May 1, 2025, I emailed management (6 wks pregnant) reporting repeated projectiles against our unit/garage. On May 6, I reported a 6 AM emergency sweep w/ fire/ambulance/police. I am a current resident and a former employee of RPM Living, so I know exactly how resident concerns are supposed to be handled. What I have experienced from RPM Livings leadership is harassment and retaliation.After raising concerns about repairs and property issues, I received a backdated lease violation less than an hour after sharing my experience publicly.
