This company recently sold one of their properties and managed to do a ton of damage on the way out the door. We began trying to renew our September ending lease in July 2021. Emails, calls, and showing up in person trying to get them to send our renewal were unsuccessful (managers and temps at the office lied about sending out the renewal) until early Sep 2021. Been Living here for a while , there was two management companies before this one took over , This management company finally just started to fix the grounds they were horrible before that , The lack of communication at the Broadway east Atlanta from the property manager is terrible. The management staff needs training. The managers give conflicting or only partial information in regards to rental/eviction policies. The staff has the control to make changes if they so choose and I have record of those changes. Then they will advise they can't or have no control when I've questioned the documentation.Their bookkeeper, has been rude, unprofessional and incompetent for months. After being told the apartment is ready for me and in email stating that they could see me sometime after 2pm the same day for check in, they had me wait for over an hour and a half before I gave up and walked out. The customer service is poor.
They moved me into an apartment that was flea-infested and refuse to reimburse me for pain, suffering, and scarring. I had a severe allergic reaction with pictures that I sent to them. They only reimbursed me $55 which is what I spent to treat the flea problem on my own after they failed to do so for three weeks. The management at Park at Vinings has been rude.
