Be careful with this company. They have a 60 day notice of termination clause of which you will be charged 85% of your rent if you fail to send your letter of intent to move out. How is this fair if you can't even sign another lease at another apartment at least 60 days before moving in. I feel as though I have been scammed and they're charging me the full month of rent when I'm moving out the 24th, AND a reletting fee 85% of lease. Scamming on my way out the door. Living in this cesspit for five months has been a masterclass in nightmarish negligence, sonic torture, and an outright abuse of tenant rights.THE FIRE ALARMS: The system is dangerously defective, subjecting us to "ear-damaging" false alarms at all hours (12 AM, 3 AM, 5 AM). An 11 PM alarm even went off the same day as an 11:30 AM test. Management knows and does nothing. Ive been out of the facility as of August 31st, 2025. I was told by ******** ******- manager that I would receive my refund check within 16 days of approval. This was on September 11th. This was then followed up with itll take 7 days to process and then 16 days to receive it. She mentioned if I do not receive said check by October 10th to reach out and shell handle it. She then passed me off to her assistant ******* ****** as if my problem was none of her concern. Come to find out, they sent it to the wrong house when in fac... read more

Im a current resident at ********* in ****, **, managed by RPM Living, and my experience with their management team has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. After leaving an honest review about how I was treated by the property manager, *****, and the assistant manager, ***** personally contacted me using my email. RPM LIVING PAYS FOR GOOD REVIEWS This locations regularly sends out emails offering to lower tenants rents by very minuscule amounts in exchange for good reviews on ******. This is why you will see more reviews for RPM Living locations rather than other apartment complexes, despite their overall capacity usually being lower than most. Hi,I came into the ***** Apartments about a month ago and was going to lease an apartment. My plans changed same day so I called and asked for a refund. I was informed that I could have back the administration fee of $250, but not the application fee of $50. I have been very patient seeing as the fee could not just be refunded to my card and they would not allow me to pick up the refund check from their office. My experience at Rise120 in ********** (managed by **************) was so disappointing that I feel the need to warn others.From move-in day, it was one issue after another. Mountian Vista Apartments ***********, ** It took over 3 months to fix the leaky roof.But most concerning is the lack of security on the property. My own vehicle has been broken into five times in two years while parked right in front of my building. The parking lots are very dark at night, there are no cameras, or gates.
