Tuve una muy mala experiencia con esta empresa y con Carmen. Realicé una compra de materiales para mi hogar y lo que recibí no correspondía en absoluto a lo que había solicitado: las medidas y especificaciones estaban equivocadas. Al intentar resolver el problema con Carmen, no mostró disposición para ayudar ni ofreció un reembolso. Considero que esta falta de responsabilidad y atención al cliente es inaceptable. No recomendaría hacer negocios con ellos.
Bad service. Bad quality. And they won’t even issue a refund.
Terrible service. I don’t recommend going there
My experience with this company and Carmen was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I paid for home materials, and they delivered the wrong products with incorrect measurements and specifications. When I contacted Carmen for a solution, she refused to fix the mistake or issue a refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering doing business with them.
Pésima calidad!! y mal servicio al cliente me faltaron al respeto, me cobraron full precio no se hacen responsables de nada y no quieren devolver mi dinero, me estafaron
