As a landlord, I used RG Nieto/CF Capital as my property manager for a 4-plex in Painesville, OH. I would not recommend them to anyone. Throughout the ~1.5 years I worked with them, they were never on time in sending me the property statements and checks. When I did eventually receive the late statements, each and every one of them had errors in it, that required me to double check them every time, and constantly request for them to fix it.
