This is during covid review, everyone seemed to wear a mask. I was disappointed with my experience. I was there for a cut and I felt rushed. CJ was interested in someone else's conversation and didn't spend much time to listen to what I wanted in a hair cut. She decided to just cutting an inch off bottom of my hair (no other trimming) which took less than 5 mins and I was in and out in 15 mins (that's including shampoo, cut, and blow drying). I am new to the area and was not sure what to expect going in. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Wendy did an amazing job coloring my hair: she created a perfect shade, a very nuanced mixture of highlights and lowlights, which resulted in hair that looked naturally gorgeous. Loving it!
