The guy with the long hair is a real time-waster and seems to have zero consideration for customers’ time. Be cautious when dealing with him. If you’re trying to trade something in, he’ll ask you to come back with one thing, and go home find it when you return with it, he’ll suddenly ask for something else. Why can’t he just tell you everything he needs at once? I shouldn’t have to keep coming back during my break to deal with the same thing again and again. This is the last time you are seeing me at this store.
Tried to buy a game online but wouldn’t let me it said it was available at Hornsby so I drove 35 minutes to get there when I got there. They don’t have it. I asked if they could then help me purchase an online considering it wouldn’t let me they said no.
Super helpful staff
