The staff here were a pleasure to interact as usual but my goodness the heat in the shop was unbearable!! Not sure how the staff manage to run around in that store all day with the temp so high. Usually can deal with it on short visits but today I just had to leave as I began to feel faint. Luckily there was stock of what I needed at CeX Miranda so I ducked over there instead.
The young lady behind the counter has non existent customer service skills, makes you wonder if they even trained her or how she even got hired. Not a great experience.
They are so dumb the said they will buy my phone then waited 40min to say no and they clearly don’t no what there doing and have no social skills .
Terrible experience at CEX. They made me wait 40 minutes just to tell me they wouldn’t buy my phone. At first they said it should be fine, but after wasting my time they suddenly came up with a random reason to say no. Felt like the moment I said I didn’t want to sell my other phone, they changed their mind. Total waste of time and very poor service.
Very poor experience at the Hurstville store and in this particular instance CeX in general. I approached the register with ambition and optimism to trade in some products that were in good condition just not used for a while but everything was intact and operational. I spoke with the customer service rep who rejected most of them (which was fair enough) expect one which was a vintage computer flight simulator game.
