I purchased this product on 8/16 with a promised delivery date of 8/29. What should have been a smooth process turned into a very frustrating experience. First, I called to reschedule the delivery by just one day since it was still in Dallas, but the delivery company was not truthful about it. I ended up waiting an additional five days because of the weekend and Labor Day. The worst how do you supposed to get my delivery on a Friday they called me two hours after it was supposed to be delivered and said they didn’t have it. I asked why was the appointment set for delivery when I didn’t have my item she had no answer for me. I asked if I can come and pick it up myself. They told me no because it had to be delivered. Reschedule my appointment for today 8-12 came delivery guys were nice and efficient
