CEVA has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They claimed they attempted delivery to me twice, yet I never received a single call, text, or email before the driver supposedly arrived. No heads-up, no coordination, nothing. The Columbus operator I spoke with was rude and dismissive. The delivery driver didn’t call to notify me 30 minutes prior to his arrival per their protocol. The delivery was missed. I requested to either pick up the item or have the delivery attempted again today- there was no willingness to contact the driver. I was told that a dispatcher would call the next day to reschedule delivery. I had a 9am appointment , they let me park on the yard at 2am. Office opens at 7am. They let me check in between doors 51 and 52. Also a love's is down the street
