CEVA has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They claimed they attempted delivery to me twice, yet I never received a single call, text, or email before the driver supposedly arrived. No heads-up, no coordination, nothing. Just two “failed attempts” out of thin air. When I contacted customer service, it somehow got even worse.
