They came on time and on the day promised. Not sure about the lack of customer service as stated by many here as I am sure its as bad as UPS and FedEx.

Obviously I’m not going to change the trend here, but I’ll add that if your retailer is using this company, I’d suggest dinging them on a review as well. Broken scheduling web form. Rarely pick up the phone. When they did, they were very (theoretically) helpful. Scheduled a Friday delivery. Driver showed on Thursday. I happened to be home, but in meetings. No one cares. The delivery driver cussed me out when he went to the wrong place, and said he wouldn't deliver my package, which is a playground set that needs to be built, which is the xmas present for my child. Now the package cannot be located. Way to ruin my son's Christmas.

Amazon used CEVA Logistics to deliver my Pilates reformer and pleasantly surprised all went smooth. I was worried based on all the bad reviews. They sent me text a week prior confirming delivery date. On delivery date a gentleman called saying he was 15 min out. He arrived and delivered my item that was large approx. 300lbs. He gave us some tips on how he would unbox the giant box. Super nice gentlemen. His advice worked like a charm and it was easier than anticipated with his kind advice.
