I watched 2 paramedics taking care of a elderly woman who had fallen at Apple Bees care was very poor lifted her on to stretcher in a sitting position when she was yelling her back hurt she should have been put on a board n with neck brace flat I was informed the woman had a hip injury after being examined in hospital! I believe they need retraining !!!
I just called about a bill I received for my father whom passed away. I called Humana insurance first and the woman there told me that the primary claim wasn’t submitted to the right insurance. I called and spoke with Pam at your company. Let me just say, Pam is the most cocky, rude and unprofessional rep I have EVER spoken with.
