Decent drinks, but they were OUT OF GUACAMOLE. Then they strictly enforced the "no substitutions" rule on sides. Lastly, they seemed very stingy with the salsa amount for the table. Big salsa bowl, little scoop of salsa. We asked for more, they took the bowl away, brought another big bowl with tiny scoop of salsa. Just odd. Many other Mexican restaurants with better experience.

By far the best Margaritas in the neighborhood.. delicious food! And also delicious options for vegans.. their veggie (fajitas) are sautéed to perfection! Vegan beans with corn tortillas.. the rice has chicken broth. Service is always excellent!!!

Cesar’s was very good. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waiter greeted us and took our order as soon as we were ready. The margaritas are pricey (when isn’t alcohol pricy) but very good. The food is very good and plentiful. We were offered soup to try on the house while waiting for our food. I’ve never associated soup with Mexican food but it was good. I would definitely go there again.
