Ottimo ristorantino a due passi da Union Square. Consiglio di prenotare perché è sempre molto frequentato. Pasta cotta alla Italiana e supercondita. Cibo molto più buono di come me lo aspettassi a San Francisco. Ottima carta dei vini. Prezzi più che nella norma e personale gentilissimo. Cucina a vista. Da provare.

We googled great restaurants near our hotel and Cesario’s popped up. So glad we tried it out. After travelling all night from NZ we were stoked, the best lasagne, gorgeous atmosphere and amazing, polite, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Highly recommend to anyone �
We googled Italian restaurants and this little gem popped up. Had a great meal; calamari, spaghetti bolognese, a shell pasta with shrimp pasta sauce and a type of marinara. Go check them out...
The Italian fare is simple yet delicious!!! I had to wait for almost 25 min for a table but well worth it. I had a nice view of the city and the restaurant is tiny yet cozy. I’m thinking of coming here again tomorrow night for dessert as I never leave enough room for dinner and dessert . I very much enjoyed tonight’s dining experience.
