Dr Palana and staff are thorough and thoughtful.
If anyone needs a doctor who really cares for his patients, responds within minutes when texting him inquiring about your symptoms. Never had to wait long at all to receive care. He hears you out and understands your concerns. He follows up with you to make sure the treatment for your ailment is working as expected. He is what you wish you could find in all doctors. I’m a new patient at Dr. Palana’s office and had a great experience. I was seen by Dr. Palana and a medical student and both were kind and active listeners. They explained everything clearly and answered my questions thoughtfully. The exam room was nice and big as well so it felt really comfortable. Just note that they do not have a lab on-site so I had to go to Lab Corps. But when my results were ready Dr. Palana contacted me immediately with his interpretation; so he gave quick service. Overall I’m very satisfied.
I had my first appointment with Dr Palana yesterday . It has been a long time since I have felt this good about the quality of my healthcare. I was previously with Kaiser. He was only one of three doctors who was accepting new patients out of the entire health plan and boy am I glad I chose him. He had great bedside manner.
