My new patient appointment was a great experience from check in to check out. The provider and staff were very friendly and incredibly professional.
Seemed concerned about my complaints and or symptoms. Explained things and ordered testing.
Great Dr, very detailed and does not rush!

Mr Rodarte has a way about him that maybe you need to know him to understand but I as a patient left my appt feeling judged and unheard. An experience I hope to never go thru again.

I just had an appointment with Dr. Rodarte because I'm adopting a child and need a physician to sign a document that says that I'm medically fit to do so. I have never in my life had such an awful experience with a Dr. Dr. Rodarte was rude and almost accusatory! Because I take anti-anxiety medication, his exact words to me were that "they don't want people who are taking anti-anxiety medication to adopt children." I had an appointment today scheduled for 4:30pm. I showed up at 4pm, filled out the packet of new patient paperwork, then waited. I got called into the room to wait for the doctor around 4:30. As I walked into my room, I passed by the doctors office where he was sitting down and playing a game on his phone. After waiting 45 minutes, I started getting impatient.
