I came because my ears were blocked and I had back pain and I needed to refill my prescriptions Dr. Rodarte did most of what I asked for.
He was attentive listen to what I had to say seem to care about what was going on in my life from what I had told him.
The Dr does an amazing job and I appericate going through my weight loss journey with him.
Very nice and thoughtful asked questions and checked stomach for pain
if I could rate zero stars I would zero out of 10 highly highly do not recommend.
I was 8 minutes late for my first appointment with this doctor. He decided to cancel my appointment because I was late. He said I failed to complete the pre appt docs but I filled out multiple questionnaires.I will not go back.
I went to the doctor because I have a concern about me gaining weight. I wanted help with a diet and an exercise routine. He just pushed medication on me when I told him I didn’t want it. He made me feel foolish by saying there aren’t really any side effects you should get the shot. I told him I didn’t want the shot and he said well you can try diet and exercise when it fails, you should get a shot.
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Rodarte, and he was very patient, thorough, professional and empathetic to my concerns, symptoms, and fears. I hope to continue seeing him as a patient, I wish my work schedule was easier to work around.
Dr. Rodarte didn’t even give me the basic respect you give a patient when you listen to their concerns and try to find a solution. Instead he just wrote off my issues and told me I needed to use something over the counter when I repeatedly told him that I had been dealing with this for years. As an intelligent and intuitive woman I could clearly see and hear that he wanted nothing to do with patients and like many older doctors was passing off my issues like they didn’t truly matter.
