I am highly disappointed/dissatisfied customer. I was on an insurance policy with my roommate. My roommate & I decided to separate from the same policy. I got my own policy & my roommate remained on the original policy. I was informed I would get a refund for the previous policy. However, State Farm applied my refund for my car to my roommate’s policy. When I called to get this corrected, State Farm informed me there was nothing they could do about this.
