Cesar is an amazing hairstylist! He cuts my hair at the exact length that I like and he makes sure it fits my faceshape everytime. Each time I visit him, he makes my hair so shiny and it looks very healthy! The most amazing thing about him is that he is incredibly close with our family and we are so grateful to have met him as he has become one of our bestest friends! ☺️ I reccomend his hair mask so much! It makes my hair so shiny, hydrated, and nourished. INCREDIBLE!!!
