I met Cesar as part of a color correction and couldn't have hoped for a better stylist. Cesar literally worked magic to get my hair from an absolute nightmare to a beautiful, even and dimensional color WHILE maintaining my hair's integrity and health. He also gave me a beautiful haircut and voluminous blowout. He is the best hairstylist I met in Seattle (been living in Seattle for 10 years and tried multiple stylists).
