This guy is not a doctor. At least not like the ones I have visited my whole life in different specialties. He lacks bedside manners and essential communication skills for his career. He needs to know that the majority of people who will be seeing him at the ER are in real pain, otherwise, they won't waste their time with him. Worst dr that I HAVE SEEN IN THE LAST 20 YEARS HE SHOULD BE IN RIKERS GSLAND
“Doctor” Carlos Cesar, worst doctor ever!!! Besides lack of basic manners he also lacks empathy and understanding for human beings period. He makes racist, judgmental, and stereotypical remarks to patients from Hispanic background. I guess he forgot about his own cultural background. Doctors are there to help patients by providing a service they swore in for, regardless of what their social-economic and/or legal status is. He is truly a shame for the Spanish community.
The worst dr I ever dealt with at the hospital. He has the worst manners and just brushes you off. He didn't even let me finish talking and he walked away. Whoever gave this dr a license needs a slap.
