Let me tell you something, this guy Pascual may have a funny personality but he handles his business with his clients. I met him back in June and said I'd seek his services if I couldn't find anything on my own. 2 months later. Here I was asking for help ! He was willing and ready ! He got me an apartment in less than a month. Mostly because current tenants that was not in his control. But as soon as the tenants were out I toured the place and signed the paperwork the same day ! I had a great experience with Cervera Real Estate Rentals! Mr. Cervera was great at promptly communicating and answering any questions or concerns. When I first reached out, he was able to show me two rentals in one day! Pascual is the best! I would have never found my new place without him. As a woman trying to live on my own for the first time, there is a lot to worry about. Pascual helped me through every step and was very concerned about my comfort and happiness. He is very punctual and forthcoming!!! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in the South Gate/Huntington Park area. I would trust him to help me in the future and you should too.
