Arthur is the best agent. It was me and my husband first home. We didn't know a thing about mortgage or home buying process in general. He walked us through the process in the first call then we met one hour later to view the first house. I immediately decided "this gentleman is going to be my agent" after the meeting. He was patient, knowledge, responsive and resourceful. It was a one stop shop. I recommended him to all my friends and family.
Arthur is very conscientious and caring. He answers all e-mails almost immediately. If he doesn't know answers to questions then he will find them out and get back to you.
