Beyond patient I was a very difficult patient in that I was super anxious and having a hard time going numb. The staff was kind and worked with me to make me feel as comfortable as possible. What I assume would typically be a very quick and routine procedure took quite a bit of time and they never once made me feel guilty about it. A great group!
