I thought there office was very clean and organized, the staff was helpful and polite. Dr Certo was also very cool. He gives you the truth on what needs to be done and even about how much it will cost you and he is willing to work something out if money is tight with payments. What I really liked is the options that he gave me and how friendly he was. I will defenitly be switching to his office after my first vist.
CONTINUING WITH AN ONGOING DENTAL PROBLEM THAT WAS VERY PAINFUL. CALLED TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY WAY I COULD BE SEEN THAT DAY. NO PROBLEM......GOT ME IN THE OFFICE AND PROBLEM HANDLED. I AM NEW TO THIS OFFICE AND APPRECIATE THE CARE GIVEN TO HELP THE PATIENT.

Went to office with a problem of a broken metal clasp on my lower partial that made it impossible to wear (it includes 2 bottom front teeth). It had to be sent to the lab for repair. I had a "spare" from some time ago that I brought with me. It did not fit but Dr. Certo did everything he could to make it fit and when I left the office I was fine with just a little soreness. I was impressed that he took so much time with me to get it right so I would be comfortable wearing it.
