I called on Monday to see if the part I needed was available, they found the part I needed, and even gave me an estimate on the part. I pulled up today to pick up the part, and they even let me borrow a few tools (pliers and a screwdriver) to remove my license plate and a few lights from my bumper. The bumper I bought from them was wrapped up nicely and they even offered the get rid of my old bumper.
