We recently had some mechanical problems with our vehicle and brought it in to have the transmission looked at. I can't recommend the folks at Certified Transmission in Overland Park enough. I had concerns that something might be going on with my transmission when shifting from first to second gear. The technician, Todd that took my initial call and checked me in was excellent. His expertise immediately put my mind at ease. He walked me through their process, analyzed my vehicle and quoted me a firm price and timeline for completing the work. I drove away with confidence that I had come to the right place.
Great place friendly staff I had a set appointment to get the transmission filters and fluid changed I got there earlier than expected they got my truck right in and took less time then what was expected for servicing... I'll definitely be back when it's time again..

It’s never good when you hear the word transmission. But Todd explained the whole situation to me on what was happening and how long it would take. Todd kept me updated on progress and additional issues. I trust Certified and Todd and would go there again. Actually I have my fingers crossed to never hear that word again about my car. My experience was great.
