I can't recommend the folks at Certified Transmission in Overland Park enough. I had concerns that something might be going on with my transmission when shifting from first to second gear. I was nervous about taking the car to a transmission shop because I've heard the horror stories about how they end up recommending costly fixes and it winds up costing a fortune, I called them up at the end of the day and they were able to get me in first thing the very next morning for an inspection. Now as said, I had no idea what could be going on with the transmission and they could've suggested a number of things to me, but they didn't. They inspected the transmission, found that it was operating correctly and that a fluid change on it wasn't even totally necessary at the time. I went ahead and did the fluid and filter change anyway as preventative maintenance and was back on the road in a couple of hours. These guys were totally professional and trustworthy, especially Marquis. Their level of service blew me away. They'll be getting all of my transmission work in the future.

Great place friendly staff I had a set appointment to get the transmission filters and fluid changed I got there earlier than expected they got my truck right in and took less time then what was expected for servicing... I'll definitely be back when it's time again..

Friendly and professional service. I had preventive maintenance done on my SUV. They even had a loaner car to use,so I could drop off in the morning and pick up after work, without having to wait around. Great sense of humor at the check in desk!

It’s never good when you hear the word transmission. But Todd explained the whole situation to me on what was happening and how long it would take. Todd kept me updated on progress and additional issues. I trust Certified and Todd and would go there again. Actually I have my fingers crossed to never hear that word again about my car. My experience was great.
