Came in for a check engine light and got it diagnosed really fast. The mechanic told me what I needed to change in order to get it changed, very professional and very nice, excellent service. I will continue to go there for car maintenance, highly recommend going there.

After two hours and almost $200 I had to ask them twice whether my Transmission fluid was low. This is the only reason I went there. What were they doing for that time and cost? The place is hideously filthy and falling to pieces, I was afraid to even sit down in the "waiting room". The receptionist told me, after a solid hour of her talking non-stop, that the owner has several other stores. He can't even keep this keep standing. I brought my car in because my check engine light was on and I explicitly asked for everything to be checked so I could know all issues with the vehicle. I was told it would take about an hour. I never received a call when my car was done—I had to call myself around 4:30 to find out it was finished. When I reviewed the paperwork, it only addressed the check engine light. Had a clutch and actuator replaced in my car. There were some complications with the repair the first time but Deedra and Abraham were communicative and took care of the issue and genuinely seemed like they cared and treated me personally. It's a stressful and anxiety inducing experience when your car isn't running but they never made me feel bad for my concerns and addressed them professionally.
