Whoever works the phone or front desk has horrible customer service skills. I was iffy following through with my appointment even after having doubts, while experiencing rudeness over the phone. How he speaks to customers is beyond disrespectful and demeaning and should be checked. This location already has a low rating and it shows! Avoid the headache. 0 STARS.
