i went to rynck on rosewood dr. in pleasanton for a tire rotation and to check my battery. i had my wife handle it. they said we needed a new battery so my wife purchased one for $380 dollars. my wife had no idea of how much a battery costs. once i found out about the transaction i knew she was overcharged. i called the bmw dealership. their battery was $224. i also called the place where rynck buys their parts and for the same battery that place charged $210. we tried to diplomatically discuss our transaction with the owner... read more
