Do not, repeat, do NOT use the company! We sold our home and had some termite work to be done before close of escrow. Supposedly there was damage in our attic and on the exterior of our home. The charge? $950.00 to make the repairs. Well, this morning the guy shows up at 10:05 and was done with the repairs and on my front porch saying goodbye at 10:52. That's 48 minutes, or, $15.83 PER MINUTE. Talk about over charging! Bet you wish you made that kind of money. Shame on them and shame on my realtor for recommending them.
As a real estate agent I have been referring clients to Certified Termite and Pest Control for years with many satisfied customers. They are very responsive and most importantly in this business, they are honest! Their repair prices are also very reasonable. Jimmy and his crew do a excellent job and I would highly recommend them.
