Christoph did an excellent job in replacing all the cast iron pipes in our home. The work performed was done timely and efficiently. Each day the work area was cleaned before leaving. In dealing with everyone they always were professional and respectful of our time and our home. We will always recommend Certified Plumbing to anyone!
Had an emergency--gushing water--on a Saturday night and they sent someone out right away. Not only was their service tech (Seth) professional, but he also took the time to show and to explain to me the failure areas in my system. I would highly recommend this business!

Jeff the technician was proficient in correcting our problem. However, I must say that a $127.00 to tighten 5 screws is a sticker shocker. 10% discount was nice and knowing we have peace of mind helps. But to recommend you to family and friends will take some thinking. Because I'm not sure I would you use you again. We are not cheap and we know we get what we pay for. But again $127.00 for tightening 5 screws makes me wonder what a major job would cost us. We appreciated the quick service on a Saturday. Thank you .
The technicians were great. They did a professional job in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. I would have given the company a 5 star rating instead of 4 because I was told the new water heater would be taller and skinnier than the old one, but it was both taller and wider than the unit it replaced. Due to the close proximity of the water heater to the front opening of my gas furnace, this may hinder any maintenance effort that may be needed on the furnace in the future. Arrived on time and with clear identification. He went to furnace and reviewed what needed to be done and then explained what he was going to do before any tools entered the house. Left a clean work area and an explanation of the condition of the furnace. Without exception we would have him (Jeff) out again.
Very thorough with the work. Friendly disposition. Very knowledgeable and explained well what was happening and how it was being fixed.
