Beware guys!!! You think that he is your broker but he always work for seller. Not happy at all. He never thinks for buyer. I've been working with Mark Booker, at Certified Realty Group. It's been a very stressful process. He's been friendly, yet professional; encouraging, supportive and stayed on top of things. I'm very fortunate to work with a decent guy as opposed to those I find way too pushy.
