Been waiting since February for inserts that were only supposed to take a few weeks. Calling does no good because they either don't answer or they don't know what is going on.
Never answer and if they do they always have attitude,you call them and leave a msg they will not call you back terrible service ,I recommend people find another place to go this place they are never in the office to pick the fone it's un real , do not come to this prosthetics clinic bad service guaranteed
Have been waiting for a prosthetic for over four months. Every time I call it’s the same. Oh we’re just waiting for a part. I’ll have the doctor call you back and then I wait two months still no call literally have to block the number for them to even answer the phone. They really put us in a jam because these people don’t care about their customers, they don’t even have the decency to call them back or give them an update
Nice staff. Several problems with my order and staff communication. Screwed by billing too
