Certified plumbing was punctual and friendly. They called to let me know when they were on the way and am approximate time for the repair. Randy showed up and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even asked if I needed to get water for myself or my dogs before he needed to turn it off. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
Excellent communication up front. Explained my options for repairs. Made time to fully answer my questions. Completed repair on first trip. Identified potential other concerns and things for me to keep a watch on. And just all around fantastic service! Thank you! Hard to find service like this these days!

CPDS took on a home warranty claim that another plumbing company majorly messed up. Summer in the office was incredibly helpful with setting up appointments and calling me before the technician arrived. She was also available by email which is very useful! Jason the technician, was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable about both the problem and the solution. I sure hope I don't have any more plumbing problems, but if I do, I will be calling Certified Plumbing and Drain Specialists.
The service I received was fantastic. They provided a call before arriving, the technician was knowledgeable, and they were able to come out quickly. Would definitely recommend them :)
