All we need is a parking decal so they don't tow away our car. They don't respond to emails for 2 or 3 days because they are 'moving'. I asked for a quick call but none has come yet. Meanwhile we have to park a nice Lexus on the street and walk to it in the rain because it will be towed if we park it at our unit. I have never dealt with anything like this before, and I have owned a lot of real estate.
Lots of bad reviews here but I've never had an issue with CMA. Every time I've called for things like updating my auto draft payment or getting HOA fee statements for refinancing or home equity loans, they've been nothing but polite and helpful. They notified me once about an unapproved landscape change which was simply a result of replacing some shrubs after the bad freeze that killed the originals. A quick call to them explaining what happened and everything was good. Very nice people.
Unable to get good assistance here. Save your time and money (life's most valuable resources) by picking a different management company.
incompetence personified, unprofessional, argumentative, terrible to deal with. I pointed out an error in the CCR and a misinterpretation on their behalf and got even more threatening letters.
CMA is hands down the least effective HOA management company that I have ever experienced in my 40 years in the Texas Real Estate industry. There are much better choices in Austin. CMA is actually located in Georgetown, attempting to manage as a remote manager and it is clearly not working.
