Do Not trust these people at Certified Luxury Auto in Scottdale Az. The salesman was named Chris. I ask him specific questions about the vehicle, like , Is the dash pad cracked? He said it was fine. It was junk. I also asked about the paint condition. It will cost 2 grand to repaint the Hood and much of the sides and top. It is obvious that no-one ever took he car for a ride because I just paid to have the Air Ride suspension system completely overhauled because it road like a Mack truck. Mr. JP I appreciate your purchase of 2014 Cadillac Escalade. The SUV was in perfect shape. We had couple of people who drove it but we could not get them approved. If you find any Major Mechanical Issue, we gave you 90 days warranty and you can take to any Certified Mechanic to get it fixed. As for as shipping charges is concerned, we use central diapatch where all the transport companies are insured and bonded. We paid $1300.00 to the transport company.
I bought the Porsche from them. Very painless interaction. They are in the process of fixing a few things that the car needed and I should take possession this week Christina

EXTREMELY RUDE! Call so ask basic questions, sounded like it was annoyed by the call! Not polite at all - “ Gary” I believe was his name- did not want to even give me a managers name - I was told I needed to drive 40 minutes in order to answer basic questions- selling cars like it’s 1970’s . Pretty crazy how in this era you have people doing their jobs as if they knew nothing about customer service- at least a little bit of it. Very poor place and the Owner has no drive to get it done they want to much down and the vehical I looked at was super glued and melting on the sun visor ...This place is failures and should not be in business at all.I recommended you stay away unless you desire a broken down vehical...and potential repo due to broken down car.

Frederick Loan is given by the bank not by the dealers. We have best banks and credit unions to qualify our customers. Unfortunately when credit is very challenging and only $500.00 down, no bank lends money . Please save some money and we will qualify you in the future.
First time I contacted them they donât make appointments for Sunday. Second time A friend and I went only to be badgered about taking a vaccine. We ran out of there. Third time they offered to hold the car for $200 itâs been on the market 280 days. Do not waste your time.
