My experience with Certified Inc was positive from start to finish. The owner presented the company services and details of my project and I felt informed rather than pressured to sign a contract , which had been the tactic of the other companies offering estimates. Steve was the absolute best. He was very patient and easy to talk to. It was just my luck that after the shingles were removed, it was discovered that the plywood was in really bad shape. Steve worked with me to find a solution and got me squared away in no time. Colin was also very professional and down to earth. My roof looks amazing and I feel much safer now with a brand new roof. We found out an attic vent was leaking during a heavy rain storm. We called Certified and they were able to come look at it same day. Richard was very knowledgable, thoroughly explained the cause, and took lots of pictures of the roof and vent. The price was very fair and around what we had expected for this kind of repair.
