Brad is very knowledgeable about everything related to home remodeling and building. I was instantly impressed while talking to him at the home show and when he came to my house. We had him replace the roof , gutters, down spouts, windows and siding. His pricing was better than the other quotes that we got. His team of craftsman are top notch and great to work with! Every aspect of the work was performed perfectly, right down to clean-up! Every line is level and perfect! Every calk bead is perfect! All of the flashing is per... read more
We had the roof redone complete with new wood underneath, all new windows and siding, gutters, soffit and fascia. The results are amazing! We were hoping to have the job completed before August but the results were worth the wait. All of the crews were amazing and completed the job in five days. Afterwards the yard was spotless. Overall we found only 2 nails that were buried in plants. We would highly recommend Brad and his crews to anybody. We know for a fact that everything was done to code and done well. These guys know h... read more
Certified Home Remodelers rebuilt our front porch support system, installed updated columns & railing, replaced our windows, siding, gutters, downspouts and soffit, and installed a beautiful front door. I found Brad Jessup to be an honest, educated, transparent, Contractor whose responsiveness and attention to detail you don't often see these days. He was actually out of town on personal business, while still helping us through the quoting process to meet ordering deadlines. He personally hand painted our front porch columns... read more
We have used Certified Home Remodelers for various home remodeling needs for almost 20 years. Still, with every new home project we do our due diligence and get three estimates. And still again, Brad‘s evaluation and estimate for each project, combined with his knowledge and his proven high standard of workmanship, gives us every reason to choose him every time. We are always well pleased! He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. Our most recent project was having a large foyer Palladian window installed and roof... read more
I am not satisfied with the completed job by Brad. He is a talker and explains things to be done, but didn't complete the job. He left cedar siding on a door frame because I didn't want the door replaced for $3,000. The cedar siding was not attached in any way to the door. It was the only cedar left on my whole house. Also, a hose jacket was loose and still covered up before tightened because that was not a part of the contract. He refused to take off that small part of the siding to adjust after I called and sent a video of... read more
