I had an inspection on the home am buying and I like to comment on the outstanding service I received from Steve and this company . Am a Retired Vet. And it was great to have Steve walk me thur the home and point out areas of interest and concern. He is very professional and knows the Home Inspection field and he was on time and did a very to detail inspection . I would highly recommend he’s service and him as a person .
Very professional. Was very detailed and honest regarding the home inspection and the condition of the home. Would highly recommend. He was also very flexible with the dates that I needed so that I could close on my new home. Being out of state, he made it easy for me. Thanks again!
This guy over charges and doesn't allow you to attend the inspection as the buyer. Also I called him back to do a post inspection after seller fixed everything and he stated he doesn't do that and then hung up in my face. Stay away from the guy, specifically if you're African American.
Highly recommend!! Very professional does a complete inspection as it should be done and on time. Great referrals when work needs to be done.
