The inspector did a very good job of explaining in detail what problems he found in his inspection of the crawl space of my manufactured home!!
The inspection was thorough and gave us a lot of peace of mind. We are buying remotely so we needed to have someone we trusted to help us see any problems we couldn’t see ourselves. We also appreciated advice on which issues we could easily fix ourselves and which to ask the sellers to address.
Scott was very personable; he was very thorough and explained every thing in great detail when he came across any possible problems or damages. I received the inspection report in less than 24 hours. The pictures with accurate descriptions helped me understand the issues pointed out. it was explained that they have a Recall check on appliances and offer various warranties. I would use them again with no hesitation & I recommend them.
Scott came out to inspect our home and we had excellent service. Scott was very detailed and explained everything as he went along. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
